A message...

Jon was upstairs yesterday. I could hear him taking pictures or monkeying with the camera. I had my wedding dress pictures saved on it and I was afraid he would scan through the pictures he was taking and see the dress. He said he didn't, but this is what he was up to.
I love you too.

State Fair

yesterday we went to the State Fair after work. It didn't take long to get there and it was only $3 to ride the bus from Brookdale-what a deal! plus no wasted gas.

I was on a mission-food. I wanted to eat lots of fair food-I didn't feel as bad eating so much when Jon was eating 1/2. I started with the corn cob (one all to myself), then Jon helped me with the rest-cheese curds, fish and chips, chicago dog, beergarita, chocolate chip cookies and 2 glasses of milk (the cookies and milk I also had by myself).

Jadah and I went on the Skyscraper. I wanted to do it, then I didn't want to do it when I found out how much it was-$25. Margaret said I had to do it, because you never know where I'll be this time next year-meaning pregnant or with kids. Then I wouldn't be able to go on it, so this was my chance. She slipped me and Jadah some money and off we went. The pictures Jon took were not great-mostly blurry. At 4Gs what can you expect. Thank God the man tightened my straps so hard at the beginning that I couldn't breath, because when we were upside down speeding towards the ground with nothing to hold onto but those straps, I sure was glad they were tight.

Last, but not least...what has the state fair come to when our children have to see statues of this:

Star Wars

So it's been a while. We actually did this last weekend, but I haven't had a chance to upload and write. Here are some photos from our trip to the Science Musuem exhibit on Star Wars.

Tag

Ten Years Ago:
I was in my last year of college in Ely, MN

Five things on today's To-Do List:
I don't really have things on today's, but I have a general To-Do;
1. Finish house projects (this could fill up the 5 things)
2. Plan wedding ceremony
3. Play with Polly
4. Get my tabs renewed
5. stay focused at work

Snack I enjoy:
probably the same answer as Jodi-maybe I should put down what I don't like.
Lately I have liked turkey pepperoni slices.

Things I would do if I was a millionaire:
Pay off debt.
Buy new house-not used and I have to fix up-BRAND NEW.
Pay back parents for any money they have ever given us.
Travel.
Stay at home, with Jon, and have lots of kids and travel with them like the Jolie-Pitts (okay, maybe I took that one a little far)

Places I've lived:
St. Paul, MN
Circle Pines, MN
Fridley, MN
Ely, MN
Grand Marais, MN
Rosedale, MN
Robbinsdale, MN
Oakdale, MN
Brooklyn Park, MN

Should I have just left it as Minnesota?

Tag you're it:
Everyone that has a blog was already listed in Jodi's tag, so I'll be watching for your posts!

For Erin

You're not alone...notice when I discovered that my chapstick was still in my shorts pocket. Too late.
